NIC Juneteenth in Soulard - 2024

Join Neighbors Impacting Communities to planning to celebrate Juneteenth from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Soulard Market Park in St. Louis, Mo. This third-annual event is still in the process of being planned to include free entertainment and activities for patrons of all ages. Bandstand line-up is being planned to include music, dance, singing and more. This event is a fundraiser to support NIC's annual February We The People Celebration that had to be canceled in Feb. 2024 due to lack of funding. Donations to support NIC and/or this festival also may be made on this form or directly.

Booth vendor reservations are open. Set-up begins at sunrise. Festival opens to the public at 8 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. All vendor vehicles must be removed from festival space by 7:30 a.m. After event, vendors must be packed and out of the park by 6:30 p.m.

Registration Deadlines:

1) Early Bird by 8 a.m. CT on March 31;
2) Standard by 8 a.m. CT on May 27;
3) Late by 8 a.m. CT on June 2, 2024.

- Single space/tent 10 x 10:
1) Early Bird = $125;
2) Standard = $150;
3) Late = $200

- Double vendor space/tent 20 x 10:
1) Early Bird = $200;
2) Standard = $250;
3) Late = $350

- Food vendor (single tent or truck 10 x 10):
1) Early Bird = $200;
2) Standard = $250;
3) Late = $350

Eventbrite payment options include credit/debit card, PayPal or Google Pay.

Vendor Guidelines:

• To participate, ALL registrations must be registered using this form. Lack of compliance to any of the following guidelines nulifies registration with no refund.
• All registered vendors are required to adhere to the City of St. Louis and St. Louis Health Department guidelines and permits - detailed at https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/health/environmental-health/food-control/information-for-food-and-beverage-establishments.cfm. All permit/insurance fees required by the City of St. Louis are the responsibility of the vendor with confirmation to NIC a minimum of 5 days prior to the event -
• Online/credit card payments subject to fees (typically 8.55%) set by Eventbrite and payable by the vendor.
• Pre-paid vendors via cash or CashApp coordinated directly with NIC must submit this registration form by deadlines specified above using promo code provided by NIC and adhere to all City of St. Louis ordinances.
• All vendor spaces are outdoors. Limited number of sites with electricity are available and will be determined by NIC. Vendors are expected to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, etc.
• This event will continue regardless of weather, unless authorities close the park for emergency conditions.
• NO weapons, illegal or counterfeit items may be sold during/at this event.
• All fees are non-refundable.
